NO FIX OR SOLUTION – NO FEE!

We offer a strict NO FIX or solution – NO FEE policy. In the unlikely event we cannot repair your desktop PC or laptop computer, you will not be charged anything!

Our rates are very competitive and you can have peace of mind that we are fully insured for any damage caused whilst carrying out any work, however unlikely it is to occur.

We are keen to provide total customer satisfaction and will always rectify any work that hasn’t been carried out to your complete 100% satisfaction.

COVID-19 Response

For the duration of this unprecedented crisis, Andersons IT Services will continue to support new and existing customers wherever possible. Following Government advice, we are now able to visit our customers in their homes, observing proper social-distancing and wearing PPE. For our customers who are still not comfortable with this, we will be able to offer a pick up and drop off service, and remote and telephone support as required. In the spirit of Mutual Aid, we are working with Hull and East Riding Timebank to help people get online. We need old laptops, desktop PCs and peripherals, but we also need cash to bring them all back into working order. If you have any old kit lurking around in cupboards, dust it off and get in touch. We can probably use it, and it will help to enrich someone’s life by getting them online and giving them access to all of the digital content most of us take for granted.
