For the duration of this unprecedented crisis, Andersons IT Services will continue to support new and existing customers wherever possible. Following Government advice, we will not be able to visit our customers in their homes, but will be able to offer a pick up and drop off service, and remote and telephone support as required.
We use TeamViewer for remote access on an ad-hoc basis. TeamViewer is used by up to 45 million people worldwide every day, and we use it to safely and securely log in to your computer to provide assistance from the safety of our office in Hedon.
You can download TeamViewer automatically using this link. For instructions on installing it, please visit this link.
In the spirit of Mutual Aid, we are working with Hull and East Riding Timebank to help people get online. We need old laptops, desktop PCs and peripherals, but we also need cash to bring them all back into working order. If you have any old kit lurking around in cupboards, dust it off and get in touch. We can probably use it, and it will help to enrich someone’s life by getting them online and giving them access to all of the digital content most of us take for granted. You can also donate using the donate button below. If you donate, leave a message saying “Timebank Digital Project” so we can redirect the funds. Thanks in advance. Stay at home and stay safe!
